GOAEC Foundation’s President, B. Balaram Naidu, is a retired submariner, who has deepened his lifelong love for the oceans and marine life. Under his leadership, the Foundation is further supported by his exceptional experience as a Founder of Livein Adventures, the only one PADI certified organization in Andhra Pradesh state, India. He is also heading as a President of Canoeing & Kayaking Association of Andhra Pradesh, and President of Rastriya Life Saving Society (AP State). His collaborative work with the Zoological Survey of India (ZSI) has also resulted in significant discoveries and international publications on marine biodiversity and shipwreck explorations. He is expertized in underwater surveys and collecting sediments to support research institutions. He is named for organizing scuba diving trainings and watersports championships, at national and global level.

Kalyani Rao, is a Global Edu Entrepreneur, educational consultant, sustainability education project planner and designer, global speaker to inspire young minds and their mentors, globally. Kalyani Rao is an expert in management, business communications, branding, budgeting, client management, project designing etc. She has worked in the fields of education, electronics, IT, and the environment for more than 18 years. As a multilingual, she speaks around 9 Indian languages and three foreign languages. In addition to spearheading numerous beach clean-ups and plantation initiatives in various countries through her sdg project motivation. She is passionate about offering solutions for climate change, biodiversity, ecotourism, marine conservation, and green education.
