GOAEC Foundation’s President, B. Balaram Naidu, is a retired submariner, who has deepened his lifelong love for the oceans and marine life. Under his leadership, the Foundation is further supported by his exceptional experience as a Founder of Livein Adventures, the only one PADI certified organization in Andhra Pradesh state, India. He is also heading as a  President of Canoeing & Kayaking Association of Andhra Pradesh, and President of Rastriya Life Saving Society (AP State). His collaborative work with the Zoological Survey of India (ZSI) has also resulted in significant discoveries and international publications on marine biodiversity and shipwreck explorations. He is expertized in underwater surveys and collecting sediments to support research institutions. He is named for organizing scuba diving trainings and watersports championships, at national and global level.

Kalyani Rao, is a Global Edu Entrepreneur, educational consultant, sustainability education project planner and designer,  global speaker to inspire young minds and their mentors, globally.  Kalyani Rao is an expert in management, business communications, branding, budgeting, client management, project designing etc. She has worked in the fields of education, electronics, IT, and the environment for more than 18 years. As a multilingual, she speaks around 9 Indian languages and three foreign languages. In addition to spearheading numerous beach clean-ups and plantation initiatives in various countries through her sdg project motivation. She is passionate about offering solutions for climate change, biodiversity, ecotourism, marine conservation, and green education. She is also the founder of EventsKart, registered under The Ministry of Tourism, Sustainability partner of Center of Environmental Education & De Pedagogics - AI Education. She believes in "bring more greens....to build more blues". 

Ms. Anuraga Mandava is an operations and compliance strategist with global experience across regulated industries and sustainable innovation. As Founder and Chief Consultant at Qualium Consulting Inc., she develops integrated frameworks that unite regulatory excellence with environmental and social responsibility. Her work spans food, natural health products, ethno pharmaceuticals, pharma, and biotech; bridging ethnic traditions with modern lifestyles through conscious, science-based design. Committed to advancing sustainability and systems thinking, Anuraga collaborates with emerging biotech and innovation ventures to promote responsible growth. At GOAEC, she supports marine and ecosystem conservation through strategic, practical, and future-ready approaches.

A highly experienced Marine Engineer with over 41 years of expertise in vessel operations, maintenance, and management across the Indian Navy, Hindustan Shipyard Limited, and the Fishery Survey of India. Holds a BE in Industrial Engineering, MBA in Shipping & Port Management, and Marine Engineering training from INS Shivaji, Lonavla. Served as Master Chief Engine Room Artificer–I (Submarine Service) in the Navy and later led technical and operational functions in civilian marine organizations. Skilled in ship refits, dry-docking, and quality assurance (ISO 9000), with a strong record in project supervision, marine resource surveys, and sustainability initiatives, including marine plastic pollution awareness and mitigation programs.
